Set the Mood:
Find a quiet, comfortable space. Light a candle, play soft music, or simply take a few deep breaths to ground yourself.
Fill a Basin:
Pour warm water into a foot basin or tub—enough to cover your feet up to the ankles.
Add the Soak:
Add 2–3 tablespoons of the foot soak to the water. Swirl gently to dissolve and release the aroma.
Set Your Intention:
As the salts dissolve, close your eyes and set your intention—whether it’s relaxation, clarity, energy, or self-love. You may even say it out loud or hold it silently in your heart.
Soak & Unwind:
Place your feet in the water and soak for 15–20 minutes. Let the salts, herbs, and oils do their work—softening your skin and your thoughts.
