Wet hair, rub the bar against scalp & Hair, Rinse off. Repeat.

it is really really good. Post an oil massage and 2 washes with the bar, hair left feeling soft and conditioned. With 3 times usage, I fan see the dandruff reduction and hairfall reduction as well.
